Change of Mind
As many of our pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you believe it does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order.
Where appropriate, we will:
- Repair the item,
- Replace the item, or
- Provide a refund,
as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Custom or Personalised Pieces
Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or does not meet your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
